PROPHECY OF DOOM FOR WASHINGTON D.C.?

A seemingly prophetic discovery was made on November 2, 2016 - All Soul's Day.  While recently searching through a series of photographs that were taken of Washington D.C. about four years ago a most bizarre and striking image was revealed.  It has all the appearance of being a prophecy of doom for the U.S. nation's capital.  And it appears to have arisen from supernatural sources.

Note the photograph below.  On the left is the original colour frame.  If you look to the left of the Capitol Dome you will notice a huge skull hovering over the cityscape nearby.  In the picture to the right the skull has been highlighted by a yellow square.

    Making this image even more sinister are the words WORLD AT WAR at the bottom right of the lower photo.  The words were included in the original photo which was part of a world war II documentary.
